Today I decided to use a good/bad format to convey my thoughts of buying a new house.
The good thing about buying a new house is creating new memories
The bad thing about buying a new house is leaving your first house
The good thing about buying a new house is a new beginning
The bad thing about buying a new house is the stress of the selling and buying process
The good thing about buying a new house is making the house your home
The bad thing about buying a new house is all the expenses that come with it making it yours
The good thing about buying a new house is finding your dream house
The bad thing about buying a new house is you need to make compromises since you most likely won’t find a house with all the wants on your list
The good thing about buying a new house is being close to everything
The bad thing about buying a new house is finding your way around a new town
The good thing about buying a new house is being close to friends who are family to us
The bad thing about buying a new house is all the packing and unpacking
The packing and unpacking…definitely a bad part. Congrats on your new house! I think the good out weigh the bad.

Like Adrienne says, when the good outweighs the bad, you know you’re making the right decision / doing the right thing.
Love this format! I think it’s the kind of thing people could use for the month-long SOLSC. I know it’s super early for me to be thinking about the 10th Annual SOLSC, but how would you feel about me using this post as a “be inspired” post for the individual challenge? If that works for you, please email me, http://www.staceyshubitz.com/contact.
